Swimming Fun!

My parents had a ward party at Farmington Pool, so we decided to go and had tons of fun! There are tons of pictures, and some fun videos of dives the boys were doing!

News from the Doctor

I know I need to put more pictures up here, just haven't had any taken lately..so I attempted to take my own cause EVERYONE tells me I need to! So there ya go!
I also went to the doctor today and found out that the pains I have been having are stretching ligaments and contractions, they were a little concerned that I was having contractions, but told me that I should be fine as long as they are not coming once about five or ten min. So they aren't worried and neither am I unless it gets worse in which case they told me to go straight to the ER which does scare me.
On a lighter note I do have some dates on when Ill be having showers. I am having two so its more convenient for everyone! The first one will be October 18th at my mom's house most likely not for sure, but the date is good! The second one will be in Provo probably at Jami's house but not sure yet either but that date is November 1st. Don't feel bad you haven't recieved an invite yet they haven't been made so just wait and call me if you never get one cause for sure I want everyone to be invited!

Updates

Many people have been telling me to give them updates on how things are going..so ill do my best! Last week I went to the Doctor for my 6 month checkup..yes its been six months! Crazy!!! They said everything was fine but they did give me that orange glucose drink and told me to do the test on a day where I had time to not eat and come in an hour later to take my blood. Which I did the test today..to all you who need to do that test in the future drink it as fast as you can and don't keep it in your mouth, it tastes much better going down fast! It was a struggle for me to keep it in my stomach and im still not feeling 100% better after having that much sugar pumped into my stomach..but we are dealing! This was only my third appointment so I asked the nurse how much weight I had gained..she said 13 pounds which I was feeling pretty bad about until I went to my parents house and weighed myself and found out that I had lost so much that really from my beginning before pregnancy and to now weight was only 5 pounds more which made me feel much better! I also went to the fair with Jami and Michelle last week, it was in Spanish Fork so it was very small but fun to walk around and see the animals and shops, too bad it was very hot! Today I am going to try and go register for baby stuff. I have already registerd for some items at Babies R Us if you wanted to know! I am working on a shower date for Provo and Fruit Heights, I will let you all know when those will take place! My sisters are planning on throwing me one here in Provo and my bestest friend Kira and her Mom Kathleen who is also on of my good friends are throwing me one in Fruit Heights! Let me know if you want to come! We have also been going to some Owls games which have been fun! We just sit on the grass and talk mostly but still fun to just relax and enjoy all american baseball!

Ideas

So alot of people have been asking me what kind of things I want in my nursery and what styles I like, I have been shopping around and these are some things that I thought would be fun to have for my baby! It also helps you get an idea of what kinda color schemes I have in mind!

Ultra Sound

On the 16th Willie and I got to go in and get our big Ultra Sound where they looked at everything! It was so cool! I didn't know if you guys would all like to see the video but I thought you might want to see pictures of our little boy! My dad didn't really believe he was a boy until he saw these pictures and now he is a true believer haha! I don't see how anyone could not be after seeing that picture!

Fun in the Sun!

On the 4th we went to our usual family breakfast, then went to my sister Heather's for swimming! My sister Michelle took my first side belly shot picture of me which I thought you all might want to see.

Nursery

My mother in law gave me a wonderful present..I kind of bargained it with her but I definately think I got an awesome cut of the deal! We bargained that if I got pregnant she would buy me a crib, and she did! I am so lucky to have a wonderful mother in law that loves me so much! She treats me exactly like her daughter! She recently married and we are so happy for her! He is a fun easy going guy and perfect for her! Together they purchased a surprise for me and bought me a matching changing table which is so beautiful! I am so blessed!

Family Pictures

Willie and I took some additional pictures of just us this year after family pictures were taken, at this time we knew we were pregnant but had not shared that with anyone else. I waited till mothers day to do that I wish I had pictures of my mom's face!

Surri

Willie and I love our pets very much and we have definately had our share of them, but Surri was Willie's puppy. She was the first dog he had ever raised and he loved her very much. This spring she got parvo and died. It was horrible but we will always remember her as the sweetest most loving big dog we have ever had!
